Quote Requests and Orders
When you submit a Request for Quote, you are requesting pricing information only. A quote is not a binding purchase agreement. Quotes are valid for the period specified (typically 30 days) and subject to product availability.
Orders are confirmed only when we provide written acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping. GST and provincial taxes will be added to your invoice.
Payment terms are specified on your quote or invoice. Standard terms are payment in full before shipment unless credit arrangements have been made in advance.
Shipping
We ship across Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided with your quote. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A restocking fee of 15-20% may apply.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, modified, or are custom/special-order.
Contact sales@arfireequipment.com before returning anything. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Product Information and Intellectual Property
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and specifications. However, specifications may change without notice.
All content on this site, including product designs, is the property of AR Fire Equipment Innovations Inc. Certain products are protected by patents.
Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, AR Fire Equipment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
